Common use of Limited Applicability Clause in Contracts

Limited Applicability. The terms of this Second Amendment set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 shall not affect the terms and provisions of the Lease with respect to the remaining Premises, but except for the amount of Rent payments and other terms specifically modified herein, all terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply to the 6th Floor Additional Premises.

The terms of this Second First Amendment set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 6 shall not affect the terms and provisions of the Lease with respect to the remaining original Premises (excluding the Additional Premises), but except for the amount of Rent payments and other terms specifically modified herein, all terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply to the 6th Floor Additional Premises.
