You agree to refrain from any business or marketing practice which may be injurious to our business and the goodwill associated with the Marks and other Pretzelmaker Stores. You agree to give such notices of trade and service xxxx registrations as we specify and to obtain such fictitious or assumed name registrations as may be required under applicable law. You may not use any Xxxx as part of an electronic mail address or on any sites on the Internet or World Wide Web. You may not use or register the Marks as an Internet domain name.
