Common use of Limitation to Two Drivers Clause in Contracts

Limitation to Two Drivers. Each of the parties to this Agreement agree that, effective as of ratification, and subject to the ‘grandfather’ provisions of Article each taxi driver operating in the Ottawa Division of Blue Line Taxis shall have a principal Driver and may have a second Driver but no other Drivers. Taxis may have additional drivers provided the additional Driver is a member of the immediate family specifically Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Sister and Brother.

Taxis may have additional a maximum of three (3) drivers provided the additional Driver is a member of the immediate family specifically Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Sister and BrotherBrother of the account holder.
