LIMITATION OF SHAREHOLDER AND TRUSTEE LIABILITY. Atlantic acknowledges and agrees that the members of the Board and the shareholders of the Funds shall not be liable under this Agreement for any obligations of the Trust, any Fund or any other series of the Trust, Atlantic agrees that, in asserting any rights or claims under this Agreement, it shall look only to the assets and property of the Trust or of the Funds to which Atlantic's rights or claims relate in settlement of such rights or claims.
