Limitation of Manager’s power on improvements to Common Parts. Except with the prior approval by a resolution of Owners at an Owners’ meeting convened under this Deed, the Manager shall not carry out any improvements to the Common Parts which involve expenditure in excess of 10% of the current Budget.
