Common use of Limitation of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Agreement. 12.1. This Agreement shall in no way be construed as the granting or conferring of a license or otherwise to either Party by the other directly or indirectly under any patent or patent application previously owned by the disclosing Party. Furthermore, nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to oblige either Party to enter into any further agreements.
