Limit of Validity. To the extent the fulfillment of any provision of this Security Instrument at the time such provision is to be performed shall involve transcending the limit of validity presently prescribed by any applicable usury or similar law, the obligation to be fulfilled under such provision shall ipso facto be reduced to the limit of such validity.
