Common use of Lien Clause in Contracts

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance thereto.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lienpledge, security interesthypothecation, assignment, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or otherwise), charge onor other security interest or any preference, pledge ofpriority or other security agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, any conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises title retention agreement and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretocapital lease having substantially the same practical effect as any of the foregoing).

Lien. “Lien” " shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lientrust deed, pledge, security interest, encumbranceclaim, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and of any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretokind.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Property, Project or Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretothereto arising by or through Tenant or Tenant's Operations.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer mean, with respect to any asset (real, personal or mixed): (a) any mortgage, pledge, lien, easement, lease, title defect or imperfection or any other form of security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, whether imposed by Law or by contract; and (b) the interest of a vendor or lessor under any conditional sale agreement, financing lease or other encumbrance on the Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretotitle retention agreement relating to such asset.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and or any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance thereto.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, liendeed of trust, security interestpledge, hypothecation, deposit arrangement, encumbrance, lien (statutory or other), charge onor other security interest or any preference, pledge of, priority or other security agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever (including any conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises title retention agreement and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretocapital lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing).

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Property, Project or Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance thereto.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to Lien means any mortgage, lienpledge, security interest, encumbrance, lien, or charge onof any kind, pledge ofincluding without limitation any agreement to give or not to give any of the foregoing, any conditional sale or other encumbrance on title retention agreement, and the Premises and filing of or agreement to give any Alteration, fixture, improvement financing statement or appurtenance theretoother similar form of public notice under the laws of any jurisdiction.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to means any mortgage, lien, pledge, security interest, encumbrancecharge, charge onclaim, pledge of, conditional sale restriction or other encumbrance on the Premises and of any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretonature whatsoever.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and or the Initial Improvements, Midterm Refurbishment, any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance thereto.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer mean, with respect to any asset: (a) any mortgage, pledge, lien, charge, claim, restriction, easement, covenant, lease, encroachment, title defect, imposition, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale interest or other encumbrance on of any kind; and (b) the Premises and interest of a vendor or lessor under any Alterationconditional sale agreement, fixture, improvement financing lease or appurtenance theretoother title retention agreement relating to such asset.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and or any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretothe ownership of which is retained by the Port.

Lien. “Lien” " shall mean and refer mean, with respect to any asset (real, personal or mixed): (a) any mortgage, claim, encumbrance, pledge, lien, hypothecation, charge, infringement, interference, option, easement, lease, title defect or imperfection or any other form of security interest, encumbranceequity or charge of any kind, charge on, pledge of, whether imposed by Law or by Contract; and (b) the interest of a vendor or lessor under any conditional sale agreement, financing lease or other encumbrance on the Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretotitle retention agreement relating to such asset.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Licensed Premises and any Alterationalteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance thereto.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer mean, with respect to any asset: (a) any mortgage, pledge, lien, charge, claim, restriction, reservation, condition, easement, covenant, lease, encroachment, title defect, imposition, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale interest or other encumbrance on of any kind; and (b) the Premises and interest of a vendor or lessor under any Alterationconditional sale agreement, fixture, improvement financing lease or appurtenance theretoother title retention agreement relating to such asset.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and or the Initial Improvements, Midterm Refurbishment, any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretoimprovement.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to Lien means any mortgage, lienpledge, security interestint▇▇▇▇▇, encumbrance, lien, or charge onof any kind, pledge ofincluding without limitation any agreement to give or not to give any of the foregoing, any conditional sale or other encumbrance on title retention agreement, any lease in the Premises nature thereof, and the filing of or agreement to give any Alteration, fixture, improvement financing statement or appurtenance theretoother similar form of public notice under the laws of any jurisdiction.

Lien. “The term "Lien” " shall mean and refer to any mortgage, leasehold mortgage, pledge, assignment, lien, charge, attachment, execution, encumbrance or security interestinterest of any kind whatsoever, encumbrancewhether consensual or by judicial process or the interest of a vendor or lessor under a conditional sale, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale title retention or other encumbrance on the Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretocapital lease agreement.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to the creation of or the existence of any mortgage, lien, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale or other encumbrance on the Premises and of any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretokind.

Lien. “Lien” shall mean and refer to means any mortgage, lien, deed of trust, charge, pledge, security interest, encumbrance, charge on, pledge of, conditional sale interest or other encumbrance on the Premises and any Alteration, fixture, improvement or appurtenance theretoencumbrance.
