Common use of Lien Waiver Clause in Contracts

Lien Waiver. TSPC hereby waives, relinquishes and releases any and all liens, including without limitation, any and all warehouseman’s liens, custodian’s liens, rights of retention and/or similar rights under all applicable laws, which TSPC would or might otherwise have under or with respect to the Products throughput, or handled hereunder. TSPC further agrees to furnish documents reasonably acceptable to TRMC and its lender(s) (if applicable), and to cooperate with TRMC in assuring and demonstrating that Products titled in TRMC’s name shall not be subject to any lien on the SoCal Pipelines.
