Lien Termination. Evidence that (i) the Liens securing the Existing Loan Agreement will be terminated, and (ii) the documents and/or filings evidencing the perfection of such Liens, including without limitation any financing statements and/or control agreements, have or will, substantially concurrently with making of each of Loan A, Loan B, Loan C and Loan D, be terminated.
