Licensing Status Sample Clauses

The Licensing Status clause defines the current standing or validity of any licenses relevant to the agreement or subject matter. It typically requires one or both parties to confirm that they possess all necessary licenses, permits, or approvals to perform their obligations under the contract. For example, a software provider may need to verify that its product is properly licensed and not infringing on third-party rights. This clause ensures that all parties are legally authorized to engage in the activities contemplated by the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of legal disputes or regulatory violations.
