Common use of Licensing Standards Clause in Contracts

Licensing Standards. Sub-grantee agrees to comply, and assures that its employees and subcontractors will comply, with all applicable licensing standards, accrediting standards, and any other standards or criteria which any governmental entity requires of Sub-grantee or its subcontractors to deliver services pursuant to this Agreement. IHCDA shall not be required to reimburse Sub-grantee for any services performed when Sub-grantee or its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with applicable licensing, certifying, or accrediting standards. If licensure, certification, or accreditation expires or is revoked, Sub-grantee agrees to notify IHCDA immediately thereof.
