Licensing Requirement. You are presently licensed as a casino key employee (the “License”) by the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada State Gaming Control Board and any other gaming authority with jurisdiction over the Company or its affiliates (collectively, the “Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada gaming laws and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and the gaming laws and regulations of the jurisdictions of such other Gaming Authorities. You agree, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Gaming Authorities to maintain the License in full force and effect and in good standing.
