Common use of Licensing Fee Clause in Contracts

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Academy Partner, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of $0.00.

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Academy Partnercourse provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of one hundred thousand US dollars ($0.00100,000.00).

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Academy PartnerPrograms, Events & Other Services provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of two thousand five hundred US dollars ($0.002,500.00) as set forth in Exhibit 2- Payment Instructions of this Agreement.

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Academy PartnerPrograms, Events & Other Services provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of ten thousand US dollars ($0.0010,000.00) as set forth in Exhibit 2- Payment Instructions of this Agreement.

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Academy PartnerPrograms, Events & Other Services provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of seven thousand five hundred US dollars ($0.007,500.00) as set forth in Exhibit 2- Payment Instructions of this Agreement.
