Common use of Licensee’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ prior written notice to Licensor, may terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the reason upon providing ninety (90) days’ written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM FieldLicensor.

Licensee may, may terminate this Agreement together with all licenses granted hereunder upon 90 days’ ninety (90) days prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Any Licensee may, may terminate this Agreement as to such Licensee for any reason upon 90 providing ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either one or more of the Pompe Disease Indications within the Research Field or the XLMTM Commercial Field, as applicable.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ six (6) months prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either one or more of the Pompe Field or fields within the XLMTM Commercial Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ prior written notice shall have the unilateral right to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reasonin its entirety, with or without cause, at any time by giving 90 days advance written notice to Licensor. In exercising the event of such termination, the rights and obligations hereunder shall terminate; provided, however, that any payment obligations due and owing as of the termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Fielddate shall continue.

In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee maywill have a right to terminate this Agreement with or without cause, upon 90 days’ ninety (90) days prior written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause. In exercising such termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Field.

Licensee’s Right to Terminate. Licensee may, upon 90 days’ prior may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice to Licensor, terminate this Agreement for any reasongiven in accordance with Section 10.11 below, with or without cause. In exercising such at least ninety (90) days prior to the termination right, Licensee may terminate the Agreement in its entirety or, if desired, Licensee may specify date specified in the written notice that this Agreement is terminating only with respect to either the Pompe Field or the XLMTM Fieldnotice.
