Common use of Licensee’s Installation/Removal/Maintenance Work Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Installation/Removal/Maintenance Work. 7.4.1 All of Licensee’s installation, removal and maintenance work shall be performed at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, in a good and workmanlike manner, and must not adversely affect the structural integrity of City Facilities or other property or equipment, or other Attaching Entity’s facilities or equipment attached thereto. All such work is subject to the insurance requirements of Article 18.

All such work is subject to the insurance requirements of Article 18. The issuance of a Permit shall not relieve Licensee of its obligations hereunder.
