Common use of Licensee Representative and Approval of Consultants Clause in Contracts

Licensee Representative and Approval of Consultants. As soon as reasonably possible after the Project Request Date, but in no event later than thirty (30) days thereafter, Licensee shall provide Licensor with the names and other information reasonably requested by Licensor related to the Licensee’s architect, interior designers and other consultants providing services to the subject Project.
