Common use of Licensee Costs Clause in Contracts

Licensee Costs. The Licensee shall pay all costs incurred by the Licensee for the installation, maintenance, replacement, repair, and removal of the Licensee's Equipment. The Licensee shall coordinate all work required for the interconnection of the Licensee's Equipment to Licensed Fibers with the County and any affected third parties, in accordance with the applicable Administrative Rules.
