Licensee Costs Sample Clauses
Licensee Costs. The Licensee shall pay all costs incurred by the Licensee for the installation, maintenance, replacement, repair, and removal of the Licensee's Equipment. The Licensee shall coordinate all work required for the interconnection of the Licensee's Equipment to Licensed Fibers with the County and any affected third parties, in accordance with the applicable Administrative Rules.
Licensee Costs. The Licensee shall be solely responsible for:
(a) the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction of problems caused by viruses or other harmful components, unless such viruses or other harmful components are the direct result of FARMERS EDGE’s negligence or wilful conduct; and
(b) the cost of acquiring, installing, operating, servicing, maintaining and updating all equipment, computers, software and communication services not owned or operated by or on behalf of FARMERS EDGE that allows the Licensee to access and use the Software and the Results.
Licensee Costs. 11.1 In addition to the cost of installing the Licensee System, Licensee shall pay all Niagara Mohawk’s Actual Cost associated with implementing this Agreement, including, but not limited to, field surveys, design and engineering review, obtaining new or modified easements, licenses, permits or rights of way, Make-Ready Work, taxes and fees.
11.2 Fee - Licensee shall also pay Niagara Mohawk an annual Occupancy Fee.

(b) the cost of acquiring, installing, operating, servicing, maintaining and updating all equipment, computers, software and communication services not owned or operated by or on behalf of FEI that allows you to access and use the Software and the Results.
Licensee Costs. Licensee shall be responsible for all costs associated with filing, prosecuting and maintaining applications and registrations for Trademarks including all costs associated with any cancellation or opposition proceedings where the costs are incurred at the request of Licensee.
Licensee Costs. 11.1 In addition to the cost of installing the Licensee System, Licensee shall pay all National Grid’s Actual Cost associated with implementing this Agreement, including, but not limited to, field surveys, design and engineering review, obtaining new or modified easements, licenses, permits or rights of way, Make-Ready Work, taxes and fees.
11.2 Fee - Licensee shall also pay National Grid an annual Occupancy Fee.
Licensee Costs. All costs associated with the further development, installation, maintenance, and training of personnel relating to the Licensed Technology are Pipeline's responsibility.
