Licensed Staff Members. 11.2.1.1 Any Licensed Staff Member who receives a Master's Degree that requires more than 32 hours of class work shall be given credit for the extra hours over 32 toward his/her attainment of Masters +30 on the Licensed Staff Member salary schedule. This is only applicable to one approved and completed Master's Degree program.
