Common use of Licensed Material Clause in Contracts

Licensed Material. Licensed Material" shall mean the name "G▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇", copyrights and trademarks owned or controlled by G▇▇▇▇ and any and all names, symbols, emblems, designs, likenesses, photographs, images and visual representations of or relating to G▇▇▇▇ that are approved by G▇▇▇▇ in his sole and absolute discretion.
