Common use of Licensed Material Clause in Contracts

Licensed Material. Licensed Material" shall mean the name "▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇," servicemarks, copyrights and trademarks owned or controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any and all names, symbols, emblems, designs, likenesses, photographs, images and visual representations of or relating to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that are approved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in his sole and absolute discretion.
