LICENSED ACTIVITY. Associate-Licensee shall be familiar with, and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to anti- discrimination laws and restrictions against the giving or accepting a fee, or other things of value, for the referral of business pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts (RESPA), and any other applicable laws.
