Common use of License to You Clause in Contracts

License to You. We grant to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to (A) use and reproduce the Developer Tools for the development and testing of your Developer Software; and (B) subject to the approval rights in section 5, distribute the Developer Tools (or portions thereof) solely in and with your approved Developer Software in object code form only. The foregoing grant of license does not apply to Prerelease Developer Tools; see section 9 for terms governing your use of Prerelease Developer Tools.
