License to SGI. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Licensee hereby grants to SGI during the Research Program Term a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable license under the Licensee Patents and Licensee Know-How, to enable SGI to perform or have performed its responsibilities under the Research Program.
