License/Marks. Each Credit Party shall preserve or renew all of its registered patents, trademarks, permits, service marks, trade names, copyrights, franchises, formulas, licenses and other intellectual property, and rights to use the foregoing, the non-preservation or non-renewal of which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
