Common use of Licences etc Clause in Contracts

Licences etc. All necessary licences consents permits approvals and authorities (public and private) have been obtained by the Company to enable it to carry on its business in the places and in the manner in which such business is now carried on and all such licences consents permits approvals and authorities are valid and subsisting and are not limited in duration or subject to onerous conditions and the Vendors know of no reason (but without making any specific enquiry of any public authority which issued any of them for the purpose of making this Warranty) why any of them should be suspended cancelled or revoked and all such licences, consents, permits, approvals and authorities are Disclosed.
