Licence Fee. Payment You agree to pay the Licence Fee in full for the whole Period of Residence in the instalments and on the dates stated in the Offer whether or not you receive a formal request from the University or the Managing Agent. Failure to pay in full or on time may result in commencement of debt collection procedures against you in order to recover the amounts owed.
