Library Assistant. Same as Educational Assistant except the program relevant to the position is a Library Technician Diploma or equivalent with proficiency in computer skills (particularly internet search functions, word processing, excel, and desk top publishing). Supervisory Assistant Same as Educational Assistant except related experience deemed by the Board to be acceptable may be substituted for up to two (2) years of formal training.
Library Assistant. An employee in this classification supports the operation of the library including processing and circulating resources, taking inventory, performing clerical duties and monitoring students.
Library Assistant f. a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution in an academic or professional discipline that forms a part of the curriculum of the College at which such appointment is to be made; and demonstrated potential to fulfill the applicable performance criteria.

An employee in this classification is responsible for processing and circulating resources, maintaining inventory, performing clerical duties including using a manual or computerized system and monitoring students. Strong Start Coordinator The Strong Start Coordinator holds and ECE certification and is responsible for creating, planning, implementing and budgeting for family participation in early learning programs. Program Assistant An employee in this classification is responsible for assisting students enrolled in courses and/or education programs within the district and performing clerical duties related to the programs/courses.
