Common use of Liaison with Accountants Clause in Contracts

Liaison with Accountants. PFPC shall act as liaison with the Trust’s independent registered public accounting firm and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trust. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to ensure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm as reasonably requested by the Trust.

Liaison with Accountants. PFPC shall act as liaison with the Trust’s Fund's independent registered public accounting firm accountants and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trusteach Portfolio. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants as reasonably requested necessary in connection with their engagements by the TrustFund.

Liaison with Accountants. PFPC shall act as liaison with the TrustCompany’s independent registered public accounting firm accountants and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the TrustFunds. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the TrustCompany.

PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the TrustPNC.

PFPC shall act as liaison with the Trust’s independent registered public accounting firm accountants regarding the services performed hereunder, and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trusteach Portfolio. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the TrustAdministrator.

PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement with respect to ensure a particular Fund to assure that the necessary information is made available in a timely fashion to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion with respect to that Fund, as reasonably requested required by the TrustFund or CAI.

PFPC shall act as liaison with the TrustFund’s independent registered public accounting firm accountants (“Accountants”) and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trusteach Portfolio. PFPC shall take all use commercially reasonable action in efforts to cooperate with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement Accountants and to ensure that the necessary information is made make available to them such independent registered public accounting firm information within its control that is necessary for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the TrustFund.

PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the necessary information is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the TrustFund or the Administrator.

Liaison with Accountants. PFPC shall act as liaison with the Trust’s each Fund's independent registered public accounting firm accountants and shall provide account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trusta Fund’s Portfolios to that Fund’s independent public accountants. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement with respect to ensure a particular Fund to assure that the necessary information is made available to such Fund’s independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion with respect to such Fund, as reasonably requested required by the Trustsuch Fund.

Liaison with Accountants. PFPC shall act as liaison with the Trust’s each Fund's independent registered public accounting firm accountants and shall provide to them account analyses, fiscal year summaries, and other audit-related schedules with respect to the Trusteach of its Portfolios. PFPC shall take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations duties under this Agreement to ensure assure that the all necessary information within its control is made available to such independent registered public accounting firm accountants for the expression of their opinion, as reasonably requested required by the Trustapplicable Fund.
