Liaison Services. (Hourly Rates per Schedule C) At the request and expense of LICENSEE, LICENSOR will: 4.1 Be available to clarify process design to the detail engineers. 4.2 Review and markup of final vendor drawings for new equipment. 4.3 Review the detail engineering work for conformity with the process design and to evaluate changes requested by the detail engineers. 4.4 Inspect the construction site for periodic reviews of progresses.
Liaison Services. Provider agrees to provide an EAP coordinator to serve as a Liaison between the Subscriber and the Provider, to plan and help implement wellness and prevention programming, to encourage employee participation in the EAP, and to gain the recognition of problems which may later impede their work performance.
Liaison Services. Medavie shall coordinate its work with other agencies providing emergency services, including Area Fire Departments, in designing and implementing complementary and effective emergency services to the citizens of Elgin County. Liaison Services. During the term of this Agreement, Physician shall provide such liaison services as Manager may reasonably request from time to time with respect to Manager and Provider (the “Liaison”), including but not limited to: (a) assisting Manager in communicating to Provider and its employee and independent contractor physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses, as applicable information regarding Manager’s mission, vision, core values and quality standards; (b) requesting from Provider such information as Manager may reasonably request regarding the activities and practices of Provider so that Manager may determine whether such activities and practices are consistent with Manager’s mission, vision, core values and quality standards and providing such information to Manager upon receipt; and (c) serving as a liaison between Manager and Provider in connection with all other communications between Manager and Provider.
Liaison Services a. Agency shall assign its designated staff to be a liaison between Agency and CFS. b. Agency liaison staff shall meet as needed with CFS staff, CFS division managers, and CFS Director to identify training topics and identify trainers who may deliver the trainings.
