PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION Clause Samples
The PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that the service provider must fulfill under the agreement. PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION. The PROVIDER will use its best efforts to provide the following services (“EAP Services”) from November 15, 2023 to November 14, 2024 (the “Contract Period”) for beneficiaries.
PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION. 6.1. Provider undertakes to fulfil all tasks assigned to it as a local contact to protect the Registrant’s interests. In addition, Provider will comply with the instructions provided so long as it does not contravene any country’s laws or any of the contractual agreements between the two parties.
6.2. Provider shall duly inform the Registrant of any questions concerning the domain name registration under Services.
PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION. Provider’s obligation hereunder relates solely to the servicing of the specified System and Provider is not obligated to maintain, repair or assure operation of the property, or any devices of the Client or of others to which Provider’s System may be attached, nor to repair or redecorate any portion of the Client’s premises upon removal of all or part of Provider’s System.
PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION. Maintenance of insurance by the Provider as specified in this Agreement shall in no way be interpreted as relieving the Provider of any responsibility whatsoever (including indemnity obligations under this Agreement), and the Provider may carry, at its own expense, such additional insurance as it deems necessary.
PROVIDER’S OBLIGATION. Subject to the general terms on page 2, printed on the reverse hereof, the Provider agrees to provide, from the Provider=s databases on the computer system named above, assessment records as agreed to by the parties.
