Common use of LIAISON PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

LIAISON PROCEDURE. (a) PPP Co. and the Authority agree to liaise with each other during the Term in accordance with this Clause 22 (Liaison Procedure) to facilitate communication between the Parties and to achieve, inter alia, a more efficient delivery of the Services in accordance with this Project Agreement. (b) The Liaison Procedure set out in this Clause 22 (Liaison Procedure) will be applied by PPP Co. and the Authority in relation to all matters arising under this Project Agreement other than Disputes in which case the provisions of Clause 44 (Dispute Resolution Procedure) will apply.
