Liaison Committee's Responsibility. The function of the Liaison Committee with respect to the Health and Safety Program shall be to jointly consider, monitor, inspect, investigate and/or review health and safety conditions and practices. Payment to attend seminars and/or upgrading on health and safety matters relevant to the workplace shall be subject to agreement of the Liaison Committee.
