Liability of the Guarantor. The Administrative Agent and each Lender have and shall have the absolute right to enforce the liability of the Guarantor hereunder without resort to any other right or remedy including any right or remedy under any other guaranty, and the release or discharge of any guarantor of any Obligations shall not affect the continuing liability of the Guarantor hereunder.
