Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. The Borrower has no right to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Bank. This Agreement and the documents executed and delivered pursuant hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings among the parties hereto. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed on behalf of each party.
