Liability, Insurance, Damage and Destruction, Eminent Domain. 7.1 LESSEE MUST DEFEND LESSOR AGAINST ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY Lessee shall defend, indemnify and hold Lessor harmless against all liability and claims of liability for injury or damage to person or property from any cause on or about the leased land. Lessee waives all claims against Lessor for injury or damage on or about the leased land. However, Lessor shall remain liable for injury or damage due to the grossly negligent or intentional acts or omissions of Lessor or Lessor’s agents or employees.
