Liability & Damage to Property. Neither show management nor the facility will be responsible for loss or damage to displays while at the show, or while being brought into or out of the show facility. In all cases, the Exhibitor will assume responsibility for damage, howsoever caused, to property, accidents and/or injuries to Exhibitors or employees. All space is leased subject to the facility rules and regulations, and those outlined in the Exhibitors manual.
