Common use of LEVIES Clause in Contracts

LEVIES. 11.1. The Purchaser shall be liable from the Occupation Date for levies payable in terms of section 37(1) of the Act calculated in accordance with the participation quota attributable to the Subject Matter.

LEVIES. 11.1. The Purchaser shall be liable from the Occupation Date for levies payable in terms of section 37(13(1)(a) of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, calculated in accordance with the participation quota attributable to the Subject Matter.Section;

LEVIES. 11.1. 12.1 The Purchaser shall be liable from the Occupation Date possession/occupation date for the payment of levies payable in terms of section Section 37(1) of the Sectional Titles Act calculated in accordance with the participation quota attributable to the Subject Matter.rules; and

LEVIES. 11.1. 13.1 The Purchaser shall be liable from the Occupation Date for levies payable in terms of section 37(1) of the Act calculated in accordance with the participation quota attributable to the Subject MatterSection, which amount of levy will include the amount payable for the basic package for Care and Support Services as per Annexure “C” hereto.

LEVIES. 11.19.1. The Purchaser shall be liable from the Occupation Date for levies payable in terms of section 37(1) of the Act calculated in accordance with the participation quota attributable to each Unit as if the Subject MatterPurchaser was the registered owner of the Unit.
