Common use of LEVIES Clause in Contracts

LEVIES. The responsibility for collection and payment of all levies associated with the Produce under this Agreement is outlined in Item 9 of Schedule 1. Where the Company is responsible for payment of Levies, the amount will be deducted from amounts payable to the Grower under clause 17.
