Common use of Level Three - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within seven (7) school days after the presentation of the grievance at Level Two, the grievance may be filed in writing with the Superintendent within seven (7) school days of receipt or the earliest date when response was due. The Superintendent shall render his decision in writing within seven (7) school days after receiving the written grievance.

Level Three - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within seven five (75) school days after the presentation of the grievance at Level Two, he may file the grievance may be filed in writing with to the Superintendent within seven five (7) school days of receipt or the earliest date when response was due. The Superintendent shall render his decision in writing within seven (75) school days after receiving the written grievancedecision at Level Two or ten (10) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Three - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within seven ten (710) school days after the presentation of the grievance at Level Twoto the Superintendent’s Designee, the grievant may file the grievance may be filed in writing with the Superintendent Association within seven five (75) school days of receipt after the decision at Level Two or fifteen (15) days after the earliest date when response grievance was duepresented to the Superintendent’s Designee, whichever is sooner. The Superintendent shall render his decision in writing within seven Within five (75) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association may file it with the Superintendent of Schools.

Level Three - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the her grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been is reached within five (5) schools days after the grievance was referred to the Principal, then within (10) calendar days after the grievance was presented to the Principal it shall be referred to the Superintendent. A decision shall be rendered by the Superintendent within seven (715) school days after the presentation of the grievance at Level Two, the grievance may be filed in writing with the Superintendent within seven (7) school days of receipt or the earliest date when response was due. The Superintendent shall render his decision in writing within seven (7) school days after receiving the written grievanceits presentation.
