Hearing by Superintendent Sample Clauses

Hearing by Superintendent. Appeals to the Superintendent will be heard by the Superintendent or a designated representative within ten (10) days of the Superintendent’s receipt of the appeal. Written notice of the time and place of the hearing and, if a representative is designated, a copy of such designation will be given five (5) days prior thereto to the parties in interest, the employee, and the Association.
