Level IV Arbitration Procedures. In the event that the employee and the School Board are unable to resolve any grievance, the grievance may be submitted to arbitration as defined herein: Subd 1. Request: A request to submit a grievance to arbitration must be in writing signed by the aggrieved party, and such request must be filed in the Office of the Superintendent within ten (10) days following the decision in Level III of the grievance procedure or within ten (10) days after the decision from the School Board would have been due.
