Unrequested Transfer/Construction Clause Samples

Unrequested Transfer/Construction. In the event a teacher is required to move to a different building within the district because of an unrequested transfer including construction situations, up to eight (8) hours of time will be approved per transfer/move if time is not provided during the contractual calendar year. The time will be paid at the contractual amount for non-instructional work. No time is awarded for teachers that have requested transfers.
