Level IV: Advisory Mediation. 10.3.4.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II or Level III, the Association may within five (5) duty days submit a request, in writing, to the Superintendent for advisory mediation of the dispute. The Association shall then make a written request to the California Conciliation Services for the services of a mediator. A copy of such request will be provided to the Superintendent. Mediation proceedings will be conducted within a reasonable time, but not less than five (5) days following the availability of a mediator.
