Level 4b Clause Samples
Level 4b. On a Picture with a Budget greater than $5,500,000 and equal to or less than $8,500,000, all terms of the BA shall apply except as expressly modified below:
Level 4b. At Level 4b an employee has completed structured training to enable work to be performed at this level. An employee at this level performs work at a skill level equivalent to Level 4 plus job specific skills.
