LESSOR'S OBLIGATIONS. Except for the warranties and agreements of Lessor contained in Paragraphs 2.2 (relating to condition of the Premises), 2.3 (relating to compliance with covenants, restrictions and building code), 9 (relating to destruction of the Premises) and 14 (relating to condemnation of the Premises), it is intended by the Parties hereto that Lessor have no obligation, in any manner whatsoever, to repair and maintain the Premises, the improvements located thereon, or the equipment therein, whether structural or non structural, all of which obligations are intended to be that of the Lessee under Paragraph 7.1 hereof. It is the intention of the Parties that the terms of this Lease govern the respective obligations of the Parties as to maintenance and repair of the Premises.
