The "Lessor’s Authority" clause establishes the legal power and right of the lessor to enter into and enforce the lease agreement. It typically clarifies that the lessor has obtained all necessary approvals and holds the proper title or interest in the property being leased, ensuring they are authorized to lease the premises. This clause may also specify that the person signing on behalf of the lessor has the requisite authority to bind the lessor to the contract. Lessor’s Authority. Lessor has all requisite power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder. Lessor has taken all action necessary to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder, and no other action or proceeding on the part of Lessor is necessary to authorize this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the legally valid and binding obligation of Lessor, enforceable against Lessor in accordance with its terms, except as the enforceability thereof may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar Applicable Laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and equitable principles.
Lessor’s Authority. Lessor may exercise its powers as a government or property owner to take action needed to protect the public’s safety and public interest in the Premises.
Lessor’s Authority. If at any time during the term of this Lease Lessor determines it is necessary for the efficient operation of the Airport, Lessor may require Lessee to close or reduce its operations. If Lessor requires Lessee to close any or all of its operation, Lessee shall vacate the Premises within ninety (90) days of receipt of closure notice, unless exigent circumstances require an earlier closure or reduction of the Premises. If Lessor requires a reduction of Lessee’s Premises, Lessee may elect to close the specific F&B/R concession unit and the closure shall be treated in the same manner as if Lessor had required closure. If Lessee makes a request to relocate a specific F&B/R concession unit promptly after receiving notice of a closure or reduction, Lessor will attempt to negotiate a mutually acceptable relocation within RCC; but Lessee acknowledges relocation is unlikely.

This Lease constitutes a valid and binding agreement enforceable against Lessor and the Leased Property in accordance with its terms.
Lessor’s Authority. Lessor hereby represents and warrants as follows, as of the Effective Date:

(b) This Agreement constitutes the legally valid and binding obligation of Lessor, enforceable against Lessor in accordance with its terms, except as the enforceability thereof may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar Applicable Laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and equitable principles.
Lessor’s Authority. In the event that the Lessor and Lessee are involved in any litigation regarding the performance of any of their obligations under this lease, the unsuccessful party by final order, decree or judgment in such litigation by a court of competent jurisdiction shall reimburse the successful party for all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by such successful party in connection with obtaining such final order, decree or judgment. Furthermore, in the event of a sale by Lessor of Lessor's ownership interest in and to said real property, Lessor shall be relieved and released from all of Lessor's agreements and obligations hereunder accruing subsequent to the date of said sale.
Lessor’s Authority. Lessor covenants and warrants that it has the full authority and right to lease the Premises to the University in accordance with the terms of this Lease.
Lessor’s Authority. The Lessor is the sole owner of the Property and has the unrestricted right and authority to sign this Lease and to grant the Lessee the rights granted in this Lease.
