Common use of Lessor’s Architect Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Architect. Lessor may retain the services of architects and engineers, including architects and engineers employed by Lessor (the “Lessor’s Architect”), to act as Lessor’s agent in reviewing the Plans and Specifications and the progress of construction and in making such certifications and performing such other tasks and duties as Lessor deems appropriate. Subject to the limitation set forth in Section 14, Lessee will pay all reasonable fees, costs and expenses of the Lessor’s Architect within ten (10) days after demand by Lessor, accompanied by a reasonably detailed invoice or statement of the amount due from Lessor’s Architect.
