Common use of Lessor Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Lessor Responsibilities. Nothing in this Lease requires the Lessor to remove or remediate (or otherwise incur any liability with respect to) Hazardous Materials including asbestos, asbestos-containing materials, PCBs, and lead-based paint in, on, or under the Premises unless disturbed by the Lessor.
