Common use of LESSOR INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

LESSOR INSURANCE. Lessor agrees to obtain, carry, and continue in force, or cause to be obtained, carried, and continued in force, during the Lease Term all risk property insurance on the improved portions of the TI Expressway Site (other than the North Building or the Leased Premises), on Lessor's persoanl property and fixtures located therein, and on Lessor's personal property in the North Building or the Leased Premises, in each case to Lessor's full replacement value thereof, but excluding Lessee's personal property located in the Leased Premises or on the TI Expressway Site.
